Hi Johnathan,

An NDA, or ‘Non-disclosure Agreement’ is a document that some client’s ask you to sign before seeing a script or prior to beginning a job. They all vary but it could be used, for example, because there’s information about a new product which a client wants to keep under wraps. Therefore, any parties involved ie voice talent are asked to sign a legal document to agree to whatever the terms of that specific NDA are.
