Hey guys I'm David from new Zealand came to Australia looking at the film industry hoping to get a taste before I go back and study, ruffly 4 years experience and going strong. Looking for some friends lowkey lonely.
Hi Im Elle Dee from Melbourne, some pronounce it L-E-D, and yes I do lighting ops and tech but Im more a soundie, and here in Australia we kinda have to do all aspects of AV to stay working so that's live-audio mixing and ops; vision mixing & ops, and lighting tech & ops. Audio production is my passion, dance music is my playground, and dance music events & festivals are my side-hussle. I hope to gain more employment in Sound in the film & TV field too.

7 months ago let's see if we can get some action on this site, I am relevantly new to the industry. I have worked as Construction and Set Dec on Thor and Aquaman along with Pacific Rim 2nd unit here on the Gold Coast. I have been in the locations department on a few local TV shows and I am currently looking for more work. I would like to work in transport as a driver. Hey Hey everybody!
I'm James a location soundo, foley artist, composer and sound designer from Sydney where I worked full time for 4 years until I packed my studio and gear into my car and drove to Perth...Now I am in Leederville and trying to suss out the local scene, every one in the industry here is incredibly open and giving though I am struggling to find actual work.
Any one on here from Perth? I am even struggling to find the local indie film scene for which Sydney was running wild with and where I used to let out my creative juices.
Hope every one else is settling into there new cities!
