Panto People
I'm off to do our press call for panto next week, my third in a row at Doncaster Civic Theatre and the last one in that building as it makes way for a new theatre in the spring, who else is in panto this year and where? :-)
With the amount of work you've got on your cv this year Sue I think you deserve to put your feet up over Xmas :-)
If however you do want to do panto then the trick is to get yourself some nice pics done, invest in a fairy godmother costume and wand, as a lot of panto professionals specialise in their regular characters, obviously dames but other characters too! So I provide my own wigs and costumes, and you wouldn't believe how many hours go into one of the wigs !
It's not cheap but speculate and accumulate and all that!

I would love to do Panto again this year, even if it is am dram like last year. It was so much fun and kids are an honest audience!!
