private/public video files

Hi everyone, would you be able to tell me if you want to send a video file, for instance a self tape, for the employer to be able to view the file does it have to set to public. If you make the file private but send it in a personal message, will the recipient be able to view it?

Thank you for your question. If you send a Private File through an application or a message, you are sending a direct link to that file and it is thus viewable by the recipient.
