Spotlight-Job Status Help

Hello,
I am new to Spotlight. How do you check what jobs you have been put forward to?
I have an agent on spotlight so when I find a job I want to apply to, I click on "nudge my agent". how can I check that I definitely have been put forward for them?
I appreciate your help.
