Not sure if this is a current bug with the Mandy website, or whether updates have been in progress for some time, but is anyone else noticing the following...
It happens mainly when I view my Mandy profile without being logged in, but sometimes it happens when I AM logged in and click "View Profile". The formatting is completely different! The reviews aren't condensed/collapsed....they're laid out in full in a list format. Photographs are the same. New reviews don't have a date, just a "0" and are listed at the bottom.
And then the credits. My 2020 credits are not in the order that I put them in, they're all switched around.
So it just looks a bit untidy, compared to normal. If Mandy is "doing a Spotlight", and experimenting with a website upgrade...this one looks a bit dodgy to me.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the formatting of your profile. We have had a recent update to the system. New reviews should still appear with the correct date attached, however, please do contact us at emails@mandy.com if your new review is not showing correctly.
I can't see any headshots or images at all on my profile. Blanks come up when I go to upload photos to apply for a job and my profile appears without a headshot!
Just an update on this. (I.e. 2020 credits not appearing in the correct order and 2020 reviews not showing at the top of the list).
Following discussions with Roz (from Customer Services, who was absolutely fantastic) and with subsequent investigation from the Mandy tech team, this issue has now been resolved.
Really happy with the customer service here, and a thorough process to look into it and fix it.
(Just thought I'd follow up my initial complaint, with an acknowledgement and thanks for the resolution).
Does anyone know if your profile views total includes when you view it yourself? Don't know whether to get excited when I get several new views in a day (when it could just me looking at it
I haven't been able to get the job search to find roles that apply. The new interface doesn't update for any search parameters.
Applications I've sent (in one case been booked for) have disappeared, profile is a mess.
Contacted Mandy was told they were updating and it should all be sorted out soon, got an email to the same effect.
This was a week ago, nothing has been done, they are now not answering the phone or responding to email.
At this point I expect them to start refunding fees as it is costing work!
Yeah, don't know what's going with Mandy right now! My last self tape application I sent off has disappeared into the wind, my search settings aren't saving so I'm getting every job for every age range, gender, ethnicity ect come up and all my starred jobs have gone and now starred jobs doesn't seem to be a thing? Please help me with this!
They put it down to teething trouble but it’s just a mess. I’m having the same problems in that I get notifications for backstage work - I’ve never been in that category. It’s a mess and I’m pretty sure, it will drive people away.
I’ve spent the last two hours trying to figure out why I’m being sent every audition that’s being posted! I can’t seem to figure out how the settings went completely off, but don’t see how I can reset them! Thank goodness I just spotted this chat! That I was losing it. Please advise Mandy!!!
I've unsubscribed from the Backstage/Mandy alert emails. It was getting ridiculous. I'm not a workshop leader, have no desire to be one, and have never applied for anything remotely resembling one. I have no idea what the powers that be think they're creating here.
Ha! Thanks, Toni! I think I will quickly follow suit and unsubscribe to the alert emails. They need to get IT on the case, though as it’s a service we pay for.
I think there's a whiff of desperation in that they are trying to show how many jobs they have on offer, no matter that they don't fit. A case of 'Never mind the quality, feel the width.'
I'm noticing bugs, too. Initially it was no longer seeing "applied" on the jobs board.
I hadn't looked at my credits till Lewis mentioned it - my 2021 credits reverted to 2022 and this year's credits default to 2023.
Same here, the site is completely (well, more than normally) hopeless right now. I emailed about my applications disappearing and SOME have come back but by no means all so this is NOT fixed, Mandy. As per, they're interceptiing and locking any new threads about this after posting a stock, unhelpful response. So good thinking resurrecting this one.
And, yes, even before this garbage update, I was sick to the back teeth of getting a strong of casting emails entitled "Actors who can sing and dance based in {insert random county here]". I don't want teaching jobs, THEY ARE NOT ACTING ROLES I have zero interest in them and it's not what I pay my subscription for. And by listing them all individually, they're just padding the job listing and spamming my inbox.
Rebecca has made a great point the drama schools teaching roles should be on websites like Indeed, Glassdoor or Reed as teaching JOBS not acting.
This needs vetting as well. A lot of things needs sorting to justify what we pay if Mandy aren’t careful they might be going the same way as Netflix and people cancelling their subscriptions.
