XHR and Server Connection Errors When Uploading

Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone gets constant server connection errors or "XHR Errors" when trying to upload small files for auditions. Do others have the same problem? I'm trying to determine if it's my internet or a problem with Mandy's UI.

I'm dealing with XHR error all morning with MANDY
My files are the Mp4's and 1/4 of the allowed limit
THIS is on Mandy (again) and it's a headache
I just came to check if anyone has had the same issue, maybe the server is down because I can't upload my auditions either.
They mistook my video file ( which I always use ) for a PDF and I got an error code for that.
Mandy is asleep at the wheel
I'm seeing a 403 upload error - have contacted Mandy support but no response as yet.
Enjoy these posts now...they seem to delete a lot of the posts that highlight how inept & indifferent they are.

Have cleared cache cookies etc, tried on different devices. None currently working.
XHR error & 403 here I THINK that the tech support is still asleep in NYC... where HQ is

I've had a response from the Mandy IT helpdesk. They're looking in to it...

I accepted the cookies as I know it helps.
I'm not the only one that has been having problems, I know other in the UK have had the same problems in the last day or two.

Same issue all day here too. Accepted cookies, refreshed, restarted all to no avail. Let's just hope we don't miss any deadlines as a result!

We're all getting this issue - Mandy, you need to sort your website out. It's been so broken ever since I renewed my membership and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's fed up of it.
I have a Theory that Backstage bought Mandy in order to sabotage it and eliminate the competition.
It’s been such shit ever since they took it over. It used to run well
It continues to be an issue! I really don't want to have wasted my time recording this audition to not even be able to send it in.
I think we should all be given a reduction in the cost of our subscription or a refund of the equivalent amount for however long this upload issue takes to resolve. I subscribe from month to month so I’ll be considering very carefully whether to cancel that from March, based on how quickly they respond to this problem.
I spoke to them today. They’re gonna get back to me personally when it’s sorted. I’m still not a fan of pre-screen auditions and never will be.
I just got an email that the issue's been fixed. I'll restart the countdown till the next one
I don't receive the 403 code message, but often see 'your file is being converted, come back in 10 minutes...' or something similar. Inpatience is my middle name, so I find this very frustrating. Of course one solution for all of the problems here is to record your audition....and send it directly to the agency, explaining that 'Mandy doesn't seem to be working well today....'
