There will be two double rooms available in my flat soon.
The flat is really quirky and big. It is ideal for a filmmaker who wants an editing room as there is a shared office/studio space ideal for it. The living room is big and can also be used to record a podcast or content for a youtube channel. Just 5m away we have the amazing Ritzy Cinema - Screen 1 is one of the best screens in London. One of the reasons I moved here.
The rooms:
Room1 is an interior room but it has a big window facing our office studio. It comes with a bed, a desk and a set of drawers. £550 plus bills (75ish)
Room2 is a cosy double with a skylight, two windows. It comes with a double bed, set of drawers. It fits some additional furniture and a clothes rail. £600 plus bills (75ish)
The Kitchen has all it needs. It is small but enough for 3 flatmates.
Bathroom has shower and tub.
We have two gardens; a front garden with chairs and a table for breakfast and summer lunches and a backgarden for barbecues.
We have a projector, PlayStation, lots of books and some board games.
I work in the film industry as a script supervisor, script reader and screenwriter. Currently looking into moving to VFX production.
