    Hello all,

    My friend Kyle and I are on the hunt for an excellent 3rd flatmate to join us in our Palmers Green abode from 1st May.

    Rent is £400pcm including water, internet and council tax. Gas and electric are metered and we take turns topping up - £20 usually lasts a month on each, dependant on the season.

    It's a double room - the flat has a living area, large kitchen and great transport links. We're a friendly, chilled household and are both actors with day jobs.
