Urgently looking for room allowing friendly indoor CAT in the place

Hi,
I am looking for a nice furnished CAT FRIENDLY room close to a good underground station or DLR Zone 1-2/3, prefer east side or north or south up till Forrest Hill or central.
No Smoking inside allowed, prefer non-smokers, 25-40 years old roomies and not more than 4 people total (prefer less) and all clean and respectful, no constant home parties but dinners with friends are cool.
Can pay £450-680 including bills, prefer to pay less of course. Looking for end of March or begin of April, so please contact me asap.
