Grace is an East London yoga instructor who runs her own yoga and wellness channel on YouTube. On the outside, she's confidence, positive, serene and bubbly. But on the inside, she's tormented by jealously, envy, fear of aging and decay, anxiety and dread, Grace represses anything deemed "negative" or "toxic." She wants to be in total, utter control of her entire life without making it seem like an effort. But a dam can only be held back for so long. She is a women apart, unstable, a victim of the wellness industry's toxic positivity.
