The General Manager will work directly with the Chief Executive and Music Director, helping to devise and
deliver the projects and partnerships that will continue to drive the Collective forward in the long term. The
role requires a focussed and detail-oriented mindset, extremely strong project management skills, a
passion for the arts, and the ability to solve problems in creative ways, often with limited resources. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, as well as a flexible, positive attitude.
