This eighteen-month position as part of our Communications and Development team offers on-the-job training in all aspects of arts festival communications and development. Across communications, audience development and fundraising, the assistant will be support the team in planning, delivering and evaluating Festival activities and initiatives.Purpose of role To support Norfolk & Norwich Festival Communications and Development team in their
communications, audience development and fundraising across all activities and initiatives. In
addition the trainees will develop skills and knowledge through on the job and other training.
