Mind the Gap is one of Europe’s leading theatre companies creating work in partnership with learning disabled artists. We are looking for a Learning Support Worker to join our team on a full time, fixed term (in the first instance) basis. The postholder will work with learning disabled artists and students, supporting their development and experience within Mind the Gap’s Academy Programmes and other Mind the Gap Outreach projects. The role also involves supporting and championing Mind the Gap Artists within their role at Mind the Gap and within the Arts industry.
