The Music Department is looking to appoint a peripatetic Teacher of Classical Guitar. This is a new position in response to increasing interest in guitar lessons. The successful candidate will, therefore, join two existing guitar teachers, one of classical guitar, the other of electric. The 18-strong team of peripatetic instrumental teachers deliver private lessons to their pupils in accordance with an agreement for private music tuition facilitated by the school. The position will equate to half a day’s teaching initially, but there is considerable potential to grow the roster of students.The successful candidate will be a musician of exceptional ability with a proven track record of student progress and strong commitment to the pursuit of diverse musical activities and experiences.
