We are seeking an inspirational and visionary Executive Producer to lead on the management and delivery of the theatre's produced, programmed and touring work. The successful candidate will have significant experience in theatre administration and producing theatre on a variety of scales. Strong financial, scheduling and business planning skills are key, as is an ability to motivate, lead and manage the producing and programming team and oversee all artistic budgets ensuring ambitious yet realistic financial targets are in place.As Executive Producer, you will oversee rights and deal negotiations across all visiting and produced work and must be able to effectively communicate with, and manage, a range of artistic stakeholders. You will be responsible for the delivery and management of all the theatre’s produced programmed and touring work in accordance with the Theatre’s business plan. In addition, as a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to business planning and policy setting across the organisation.Due to the nature of the role, the successful individual will have a flexible approach to working, including the ability to work unsociable hours.
