An exciting opportunity has risen for a proactive and motivated Student Engagement Officer to provide support to the Drama School students.The successful candidate will be working closely with students, the Student Union, teachers, support staff and senior colleagues and will be supportive of the students’ engagement in accordance with the policies and procedures. The post holder will also support the informal resolution of issues relating to student dissatisfaction and student conduct.This post is ideal for a student-focused individual with proven experience within the Higher Education sector and in student engagement initiatives.You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have empathy with the needs of teachers and students in a performing arts environment, whilst being discreet, flexible and resilient.
