Whether you’re interested in producing, marketing, arts administration, performance art,
visual art, working with children or schools or not yet sure– this role will give you a taste of a
variety of future career routes across a dynamic range of projects.
What you will be doing
You will support the Company & Projects Manager in providing administrative and logistical
support to the company’s broad array of projects – from large digital commissions to
workshops in schools.
This will include developing and maintaining project plans, contracts and correspondence.
You will support the gathering and analysis of project data to enable reporting & evaluation
and you’ll support the processing of income & expenditure.
You’ll liaise with funders, artists, schools and members of the public and be a key point of
contact for project enquiries.
You’ll also support the Marketing & Communications Manager with digital communications
such as the website, social media and newsletters.
When a project is live, you’ll be hands-on supporting workshop delivery, technical
production and stewarding. You’ll shadow senior members of the team at events and
meetings and be supported with a broad training programme.
