This is an exciting role for a dynamic and creative arts marketing
professional who is passionate about working with communities and thrives on a challenge. What you will be doing You will be the marketing lead across all aspects of marketing and communications.
That means that you will be the custodian for our company brand and audience
development goals, driving the strategy for raising the profile and reach of our organisation
in line with our business plan. You will work collaboratively with the Director and team to
create marketing and audience development objectives and then take responsibility for
their timely delivery. You will work closely with our producers and project managers to develop individual
marketing plans for our exciting array of projects. You’ll take responsibility for designing
and managing marketing campaigns, budgets and delivery, sourcing any additional
resources required to ensure we reach the right project audiences whilst considering how
these audiences work towards wider company objectives. As the only marketing professional in a small organisation, you’ll be responsible for the
execution of day-to-day marketing activity - keeping our communication channels up to date
across website, social media and e-news as well as arranging print and publicity as required,
consistently monitoring and reporting on progress, and evaluating success.
