The Communications Manager is required to take lead responsibility for the organisation’s communications and marketing for the fixed term of maternity leave 13 months (including handover). Considering the current Covid-19 pandemic situation and the subsequent effect on the organisation’s output, there is an emphasis on digital content and communications reflecting our response to the situation.2021/22 will be a development year both in terms of productions and strategy. The organisation will be working in partnership with a variety of artists and venues to develop new productions (including work for family audiences) that address relevant and vital themes such as the environment and migration.We will also be scrutinizing our impact on our sector and communities and, through a process of organizational and board development, ensure that this organisation is a crucial and dynamic organisation fit for purpose for the next business planning phase 2022 – 2027.
