This new role is an opportunity for the right person to create a communications strategy from scratch based on our five core values: excellence; inclusion; creativity; child voice and wellbeing.  Put simply, we are ready to tell more people what we do and what we want to do.  We need to ensure the right people find us, join us, celebrate and support us.  Now we need someone to help us.You will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the environment in which we operate, and our organisational vision, in order to identify, inspire, inform and engage our current and future stakeholders.  You will devise creative and dynamic campaigns and content to build high levels of awareness about the orchestra and our work, deepening engagement with our staff and members and raising awareness of wider organisation initiatives and projects with current and new audiences.
