    Here you’ll get to: Engage stakeholders, align resources and project manage the delivery of a range of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives that truly embed change.Roll up your sleeves, leveraging your strong DEI and management background to deliver quick wins and accelerate solution delivery to solve simple and complex problems.Build strong relationships with Senior UK Leadership, Employee Resource Groups, People Team, Communications and Legal amongst others to embed the agendaFacilitate DEI training for UK employees across functions and business units, in collaboration with Talent DevelopmentPromote the wider UK team and global DEI efforts to the business and employees, so that staff can understand where and how to access DEI needs.Evaluate, update and assist with the rollout new policies, practices and processes that better deliver on our diversity, equity and inclusion goals and in turn, build belonging and enhance the employee experience.Drive alignment across the UK teams on the WMUK’s DEI Report’s commitments and actions, and ensure proper and realistic scoping and delivery.Engage stakeholders in the UK and global DEI agenda, ensuring their awareness and understanding of continuous education and transformation efforts.Suggest how people data and insights can be used by the UK and global DEI team and business leaders to understand our organisation’s narrative and progress. Hold leaders and the UK team to account for delivering against agreed targets.Align UK DEI activities cyclical processes in partnership with the People Team: bias incident response, benefits, retention, hiring, promotion, mentorship, pay equity, discrimination, harassment, training, etc.Devise and facilitate workshops to encourage new ways of working and solve problems.Plan, own and manage the project delivery of UK DEI activities, in terms of critical path, deliverables, budget, risks, issues and dependenciesManage third party DEI vendor relationships, holding partner(s) to account for their deliverables and tracking/managing the achievement of these.
