    The Director of Operations is responsible for the management of the following functions of the opera house: Facilities, Information Technology, Orchestra Administration, Planning, Technical and Production, and Visitor Experience - together some 500 members of staff. They also oversee several key organisational projects.The Director`s main accountability is to ensure that the right people, processes, technology and infrastructure are in place to deliver the plan operationally, while continuously driving improvements in cost, efficiency and safety.We are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support and facilitate the Director`s work across all of their responsibilities, ensuring the efficient and effective working of the Operations office and high-quality relationship and contact management.
