We are currently seeking a Director of Artistic Administration to lead the development of the Company’s artistic plans, as formulated by the General Director, supporting the strategic direction of the organisation and deliver the highest quality artistic product within budget.The successful candidate will have significant and proven experience of operating at senior level within artistic administration, extensive knowledge of opera repertoire, significant knowledge of both UK and international directors and singers, a track record and demonstrable experience in negotiating artistic contracts. The ideal candidate will also be an experienced leader with evidence of developing team members to their full potential and a proven ability in successfully managing people.
