As an Expert Editor within the Creator Program, you will lead with example. You will be transversal and will see you work on a multitude of projects within the Creator Program. Beyond creating video content you will also check other work and give tips and input when needed, you will work closely with POD leads, and senior management on coaching junior candidates, checking tests and assisting with staffing and the hiring process, you will also take the lead of certain creative projects on a wide range of social media platforms.Overview:Think outside of the box and innovate on social media.Team driven with the space and freedom to lead on certain projects.Come up with creative and innovative solutions that coincide with Jellysmack’s growthYour principal assignments will include:Create dynamic videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat or YouTubeShare knowledge and assist on troubleshooting roadblocks and overcome challengesWork closely with the senior management team on a wide range of projectsAdding editorial understanding to the production of each videoFinding the most effective ways to adapt content from YouTube to FacebookTesting and launching new pagesUsing data analysis to maximize video performanceFinding new and exciting formats content on social mediaProfilJob requirements:Strong communication skills (English is a must)Have experience in editing, especially for social media platformsAre passionate about video content on social media and interested in investing in an ambitious projectPerfectly master Adobe Premiere Pro or similar softwareAre extremely well-versed in social media platforms (including YouTube) and know the various codes for videos on each platformHave a deep understanding of sourcing, copyright, research and analyticsAre creative, persistent, curious, flexible and hard-working.RECRUITMENT PROCESS:1/ video editing test2/ video interview with the Creator Program team (Lead video editor + Recruiter) - (30/45 minutes)
