This colorful and international squad is made of people with diverse backgrounds, but one common goal: help YouTube’s most influential creators, thrive and succeed on other platforms. The team has grown rapidly over the past few months, and we are still on the lookout for people who spend hours on the internet, with a keen interest in social media.Role:Within Jellysmack, you will be assigned to a "pod", which includes several verticals (Gaming, Beauty, DIY, Cooking, Sports, Humor, ...). Within this pod, you will be responsible for roughly ten creators, and your general mission will be to be the guarantor of the publication of content on all social networks and to develop new strategies to improve their performance.1/ Take a strategic and managerial role within the teamWeekly reporting on the performance of your pod's verticals and creatorsBe the main decision maker for the strategy and content of your creator portfolio's publicationsCoordinate the production of videos with our editors to ensure the relevance and regularity of the content2/ Become a content expert on our verticalsDevelop an in-depth expertise of the content of the team's verticals: know how to detect trends, choose the best videos to work on, analyze the performance of our creators to create customized suggestions)Identify the best performing publications and develop an expertise that will allow you to select and test the best content for your vertical in order to improve performance over the long termTransmit this expertise to the team, notably through content suggestions (reporting internally on the overall performance of pages, providing appropriate suggestions to our creators, etc.)3/ Be a data-driven strategist to maximize creator performance in the long termEnsure the publication and multi-platform performance of your creators (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube)Define and challenge the content strategies of the creators in the vertical, based on the data collected during your analysesCreate and maintain the editorial calendar based on the results of internal testingWork with the Growth team to boost page launchesWork with the Data / Tech team to develop your analytical toolsProfilProfile:You are a graduate of a school or university in the fields of business, engineering, communication or marketingYou have strong analytical skills and are very comfortable with numbers and data,You are passionate about social networks,You are bilingual EnglishYou are recognized for your organization, your rigor and your interpersonal skillsYou know how to work in a team as well as on your ownFun and creative spirit
