    ROLE OVERVIEW:-    Work with Director Marketing EMEA, creative services and publicity, partnering with distribution to define regional EMEA trade marketing strategy and opportunities with focus on a digital-first approach and data-driven solutions.-    Support EVP EMEA, regional marketing team and distribution teams to execute industry-leading trade marketing campaigns in line with overall film marketing strategy, including support of trailering and content needs, in-theatre display, promotions & partnerships, trade events, exhibitor media, digital and social, CRM and research.-    Work with distribution to ensure consistent messaging in all comms with exhibition partners and helps support film marketing team in definition of shared goals between sales and marketing.-    Work with Home Office to produce and coordinate materials, script and overall show-flows of EMEA exhibitor conventions and Comic Cons, with distribution, creative services, marketing and publicity, and act as producer or showrunner on the ground during events.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work with regional film marketing team and distribution team to develop title-specific trade marketing plans and communicates effectively to the relevant territories.- Support distribution team on all trailer targeting needs and assists in completing timelines and requirements support documentation for regional and Home Office team.- Build relationships with relevant local territory marketing and distributions teams to communicate trade marketing strategy on a film-by-film basis and help meet all needs to further develop stakeholder relationships with local exhibitors. - Work with marketing team and distribution to develop forward-thinking, data-driven solutions driving ticket sales and build long-term partnership opportunities.- Support creative services team in ensuring all required in-theatre assets and materials are serviced in a timely manner and meet local exhibitor partner needs.- Liaise with local markets to collate all material requests (written, AV and print) for exhibitor conventions, local Comicbook conventions, roadshows, meetings and any other trade-related events.- Support publicity team in execution of any and all trade-related marketing opportunities including broader regional exhibitor events such as CineEurope.- Support regional film team in coordinating all screening programs, including working with local and regional distribution teams on paid sneaks, digital teams on influencer screenings and marketing and publicity teams on all other marketing and media screening requests.- Work with distribution and exhibitor services as a marketing liaison to craft communication to international exhibitors and to create and develop exhibitor specific materials.- Maintain trade marketing campaign budgets, seeking out cost efficiencies and monitor all actual expenditure versus plan and work with film team leads to evaluate performance against overall team marketing objectives- Expand relationships with second tier markets, sharing best practice trade marketing expertise across all 40+ territories in order to achieve trade marketing campaign development and contribute to box office growth. - Identify territories needing special attention or focus, and support film team and distribution teams in devising strategies for improvement of overall trade marketing.- Key regional point person to collaborate on theatrical trade marketing strategy and planning with the territories by soliciting, reviewing and providing feedback on trade marketing plans from the markets, once collated with input from the various other department heads including publicity and creative services.- Supports Marketing Director EMEA, implementation and follow-up of any additional assignments and needs.Qualifications/RequirementsWork Experience:-    Proven trade marketing experience directly related to the motion picture/entertainment industry preferred.-    Experience dealing with multiple international offices, languages and cultures preferred.Knowledge/Skills:-    Must be proficient in project management, organization, efficiency, time management and attention to detail.-    Must have knowledge of EMEA theatrical marketplace and exhibition.-    Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, colleagues, vendors, clients, and others in-person, Zoom calls, on email and phone.-    Ability to organize and schedule work effectively.-    Work well under time constraints.-    Ability to handle multiple tasks.-    Experience working in a fast-paced environment.-    Must have experience developing relationships.-    Must be a forward-thinker with knowledge of and interest in diverse cultures and languages.-    Strong presentation and communication skills.NBCUniversal are proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
