An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our set & staging team based in
Borehamwood, Hertfordshire as CNC & Laser Cutter Operator. The role will involve interpreting working
drawings and briefs to set, program and operate our large format 3 axis CNC machine and laser cutter.
You should have an excellent working knowledge of construction techniques and proven experience
working with CNC machines. A familiarity with VCarve, Autocad and Lightburn software packages would
be beneficial but full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eloquent and able to work well as part of a wider team or using
their own initiative. You must be keen to learn and develop your expertise continually, meticulous and
thorough in your work and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Due to the nature of the live events industry working hours will be varied and will include evening and
weekend work. Schedules can be subject to change at short notice and a flexible attitude to working hours
