    Influencer Managers and Influencer Executives responsible for developing, creating and delivering influencer campaigns to raise awareness and understanding for content, plus it’s products and services.The team is focused on delivering our influencer strategy in the UK, including planning and delivering earned media campaigns, generating positive sentiment and share of voice, as well as ongoing engagement with our key influencers.What you’ll do:– Build market leading influencer marketing strategies and campaigns which resonate with influencers and their followers to create genuine advocacy for the brand, prompting conversation around our products and/or content.– Manage the Influencer Manageers output, maintaining a birdseye overview of all projects and campaigns.– Take a leading role in the planning, creation and delivery of Sky’s influencer activity, ensuring our business priorities and fully supported and amplified.– Working with broad range of social / evaluation tools to deliver campaigns and analyse their impact – from listening tools to content-planning– Take briefs, delegate and project manage campaigns amongst Influencer Managers and ensure work is developed collaboratively alongside the Influencer Executive.– Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to deliver world class, highly innovative influencer campaigns, that drive genuine advocacy. Focus on high impact, key campaign moments.– Work closely with talent and agents to establish good relationships which will result in us being able to secure the most impactful talent for our campaigns and greater earned media.– Budget management across the Influencer Team.What you’ll bring:– A passion and knowledge for influencer marketing with a good network of UK influencers.– Experience in implementing large scale influencer campaigns from start to finish, including event planning and execution.– Must have a strong interest in the influencer marketing landscape and be able to identify trends/techniques that deliver engagement and advocacy. A keen interest in entertainment would be advantageous.– Highly organized and able to project manage while leading a team, setting objectives and proving constructive feedback.– A creative thinker who can come up with original, highly creative ideas that influencers will want to engage with.– Extremely confident in reporting back key influencer metrics and trends as well as conveying direction to negotiate with stakeholders.The Influencer Manager will work within the newly formed Influencer Marketing Team to help drive awareness, endorsement, advocacy and fandom for Sky’s brand, content plus products and services within the earned media space. The Influencer Marketing team sit alongside the Social ad PR teams, within Sky’s Corporate Affairs Division.Where you’ll work:Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
