Reporting to the Production Manager and working with the Branded Content production team the successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the team ensuring that all logistical and scheduling requirements are met.Application deadline is Sunday 23rd May 2021 at 11:59pm.Key Accountabilities To produce and manage smaller production budgetsProduce call sheets and risk assessments for all shoots, including carnets and visas.Plan and book worldwide travel and accommodation for production staff.Cost tracking and raise purchase orders and process invoices for all resources and freelancersBook freelance crews and editors and edit facilities where applicableLiaising with high profile external clients Required Qualifications (Knowledge & Experience) Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of international shootsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Proven organisational skills Knowledge and understanding of production workflowsUnderstanding of different formats of file delivery and storageExperience in compiling production budgetsComprehensive understanding of budget processes and implicationsConversant with current insurance requirementsHas organised national and international travelHas prepared risk assessments, in conjunction with the producerHas set up single camera shootsHas raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costsProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OutlookDesirableExperience in a customer-facing role including supporting crew on locationKnowledge and understanding of setting up satellite playouts via SNG, local feed points or via IP over satellite2nd European LanguageKnowledge of working within a Branded Content productionWorking Conditions This is a fixed term (12 month) positionPlease note, we are operating on a remote working set up until lockdown restrictions have been lifted.
