The company now has 23 staff based in London as well as teams in the US and Canada. Our network has rapidly grown to 2.9m+ registered users and has market-leading positions in both the UK and the US.About the RoleWe are looking for someone with a strong background in Film, Television or Commercials seeking a new challenge to take on this exciting role within the company. Reporting to the Business Development Manager in the UK you will ensure The Mandy Network expands its client base by building cohesive, collaborative and dynamic relationships with production companies, employers, associations, schools and key industry stakeholders.The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for the industry. To succeed the Business Development Executive will need to bring confidence, tenacity and a flair for relationship building.Responsibilities:Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Analysing potential strategic partnerships to drive The Mandy Network product & service awareness.Create and develop networking events.Give talks at events, schools and institutions.Prospecting and self-generating new business opportunities.Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships.Developing local market intelligence.Developing and managing existing clients.Drive sales across The Mandy Network crew UK and International sites.Attend and manage expos.Keeping abreast of all entertainment recruitment/networking developments.You:Extensive experience in the Film/TV/Production industry (3+ years).Have extensive contacts in the industry.Excellent communication & presentation skills.Good public speaking skills.Ability to work autonomously.Ambitious and creative thinker.Experience in sales, marketing or liaison is desirable.Knowledge of the European industry and/or any additional languages is desirable.
