Reporting to the Production Executive, the Production Manager will provide operational management of production budgets and schedules within the Branded Content department.Application deadline is Sunday 20th June 2021 at 11:59pm.Key AccountabilitiesWorking on the Branded Content division within the Cross Channel and Branded Content departmentProviding operational management of production budgets and schedules of all productionsManagement of client relations (including IMG sales, Mercedes, Mastercard, UPS)Assisting the Executive Producer/Producer in overseeing the production strategy and teamHiring of freelance staff and contractorsCommercial management including negotiating deals with suppliers (personnel and resource)Preparing budgets for programmes in developmentYou may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.Required Qualifications (Knowledge & Experience)Experience in managing junior production management personnelAbility to create a detailed, line-by-line production budgetKnowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflowsKnowledge of archive and music clearanceKnowledge of production insurance, health & safetyExperience of dealing with International and UK broadcasters, and an understanding of the UK TV and Digital industry landscapeGood Microsoft Excel + Word skillsAbility to manage more than one project simultaneouslyHealth & Safety TrainingCovid safety knowledge on productionsDesirableSatellite bookingsExperience in more than two genres of productionExperience in sport productionExperience in digital productionWorking without direct supervisionFull and Clean Driver’s LicenseWorking ConditionsThis is a fixed term (12 month) positionPlease note, we are operating on a remote working set up until lockdown restrictions have been lifted.
