You will guide learners through to successful completion of their academic degree, be confident and experienced in directing productions, supervising ensemble and independent student work, and preparing performers for industry making use of established networks and contacts in the field.The successful candidate will be both positive and inclusive in practice, modelling a high degree of professionalism for student learners.
