Liaising with managers, writers, publishers, producers, mixers and musicians to ensure all credits are received and are correctly integrated into the UMG Studio Hub systemArchiving all masters after recording sessions. Ensuring producers, mixers and engineers have supplied all parts required from sessions in the required format. Signing off artist albums as fully deliveredCompiling studio, musician, and remix agreements and ensuring these are signed and processed promptly Be administrative Processing invoices via Universal’s online Uniport system and updating suppliers with payment terms and datesArtist travel for recording sessions plus some staff travel Be financial Setting and monitoring all recoupable recording budgetsUpdating finance departments with monthly actual and forecast spend per artistResponsible for producer and mixer deals – collating budgets and terms, providing details to Business Affairs for contracts
