Young Musicians Programme (YMP) is a leading musical training programme for young people aged between 4 and 19. It supports young musicians to develop the skills and confidence to reach their musical potential through world class specialist training, tuition and inspirational opportunities to work with international visiting artists.This role will work closely with teams to coordinate all aspects of our Youth and Training Ensembles including Young Sinfonia, Jambone, Quay Voices and Folkestra. The role will be focused on planning and coordination of a wide range of activities associated with these ensembles, including residencies and performances. It will also involve coordination of partnership events with young people.This role will also be responsible for the coordination of the Foundation Strings, Foundation Singing and Step Up Singing programmes, planning and coordinating timetables for regular lessons, and performances.
