This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Production team to coordinate and drive the Global Production portfolio of transformation and optimization projects. These are global projects that deliver key strategic benefits to the business. The role will work with project sponsors and the wider stakeholder community to ensure that projects are effectively managed from initiated to closure and deliver the expected benefits. The candidate will have strong change and communications experience, ideally having worked on large scale business transformations, technology driven change, new operating model implementations with a global scope.The role will be pivotal in managing the orchestration of multiple cross-functional resources and in maintaining visibility of status and progress of the key deliverables within scope.This role reports to the Global Chief Production Officer with a functional alignment into our Global Programme DirectorResponsibilities:Provide leadership and be responsible for project delivery in relation to the Global Production programmeWork with key internal and external stakeholders to establish requirements and to plan and manage deliveryMonitor and report on project progress and exceptions, providing recommendations for corrective actions where necessaryDefine and update the project organisationEscalate issues as necessary within the project organisation structureCreate and maintain effective stakeholder communication mechanismsCreate and maintain effective project governanceMaintain appropriate document management controlsTrack and report on project scope, time and budget changesEnsure all delivery streams are working together effectively, outputs are synchronised where necessary and internal, and external dependencies are mapped and managedIdentify opportunities for process improvementRequirementsHistory of being able to manage multiple projects that may overlap or be interlinked when aligning with business requirementsStrong client facing aptitude for managing client (both internal and external) requirements and expectationsCapability of working under pressure and to tight deadlinesProven track record of approaching issues methodically and the ability to think laterally for resolutionGood interpersonal and collaborative skillsComfortable working within an ever-changing environment in a rapidly growing companyCommercial acumenProblem solverDesirable skills and knowledgeNatural aptitude to the role and active interest in sustainable production  Understanding of project leadershipExperience of managing cross discipline teamsAppreciation of organisation, leadership and discipline necessary to deliver to critical timelines
