    This position is responsible for managing the production of retail marketing assets across multiple projects to support seasonal marketing campaigns, commercial marketing, product launches and new store openings, and flawlessly executing all deliverables to an EMEA wide audience of 30+ markets.This role owns the delivery of platform, graphic, signage and interactive (web and mobile) work in Retail Marketing that require development of localised marketing assets across all platforms. The role will work in close partnership with the EMEIA Marketing programme managers to understand and deliver asset requirements for all commercial marketing campaigns. The Producer will be responsible for delivering a new direct mail each month and bi-monthly pricing changes across graphic, in store and digital interactive. They support Marketing Programme Managers with asset production for new product launches and store openings.This role manages the production process across multiple stakeholders and collaborates with Marketing, Creative, Production, and Procurement as well as external vendors to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a standard of excellence. As part of the role, they will be responsible for the accuracy and validation of marketing content as part of the digital publishing process.RequirementsCreate and manage production schedules for all deliverables. Inform key stakeholders throughout the production process.Manage and track spend for all deliverables. Open POs, finalize and approve estimates, and approve and track invoices against POs and estimates. Keep Finance and key stakeholders informed along the way.Own production and delivery of EMEIA Commercial Marketing campaigns, support product launches and expansion work.Partner with Procurement, Marcom, and vendors/agencies to produce all deliverables on time, within budget, and to a standard of excellence. Create asset briefs and hand off to EMEIA Marcom.Coordinate shipping and delivery tracking to ensure materials arrive at our stores; work with multiple worldwide vendors. Respond to escalators with store teams, troubleshooting and supporting where needed; follow-up with vendors on re-prints and re-sends, etc.Provide appropriate comms and logistics information with multiple worldwide vendors, store teams, and other key internal partners. Inform and manage stakeholders throughout the delivery process.QA and validate all deliverables for content and quality accuracy across all 30+ EMEA markets.Negotiate priorities for the EMEA Marcom team to deliver to aggressive schedules. Educate team on feasibility and timelines of projects and potential impact, provide alternative solutions that mitigate the risk.Assessment and improvement of current production process.Experience producing marketing campaigns, design, creative or technical interactive projects at an advertising agency, web development studio, or client sideCampaign and interactive production experience across multiple stakeholdersExperience in briefing and managing creative deliverablesExcellent content brief creation skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverablesProven success building solid client/partner relationships and managing stakeholder expectationsProven ability to solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacyGrace under pressure – calm and logical problem solving when issues ariseFlexibility in managing requirements in fast-paced and changing environmentsExperience managing assets for multiple languages and countriesAbility to assess proper next steps when receiving conflicting feedback or unclear direction from a variety of stakeholdersAbility to work independentlyProficient with Keynote and Numbers
