    Salary: £25,000 per annumTerms: Fixed Term Contract (18 months)Probation: 4 monthsNotice Period: 1 month during probation, 2 months thereafterHours: Flexible working based around but not limited to a 44-hour average working week over 6 days to reflect production periods and performance schedules.Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays per annum pro rataReports to: Head of Lighting, Head of Sound and Head of StageABOUT THIS ROLEThe Swing Technician will join the core technical team at the Bridge on a fixed term 18 month contract.The role will encompass supporting the technical team with the day to day operational requirements of the venue.The chosen individual will work across all technical disciplines gaining experience and training  in a variety of fields. This is an ideal role to strengthen current skills and knowledge, whilst learning new skills across other technical disciplines.The successful candidate will join a small team of full-time staff, working collaboratively in achieving the smooth delivery of productions and projects at the Bridge Theatre.This role would suit someone who does not yet know which theatre discipline they would like to specialise in but would like to continue to learn across all fields and to develop their skills in all technical areas.We appreciate that as this is a learning role, you might not have a wealth of work experience in the industry or even meet all the required criteria on the essential and desirable skills section.There is no ideal background for this role, which requires an ambitious all-rounder with an aptitude to pick up new skills and put themselves out of their comfort zone. Whether you have done small projects in your local community or worked on a big West End show, we are prioritising potential as well as experience in the shortlisting process. Attachments:
