Escape Room - Actors - Games Masters One of London's leading portable escape game companies is looking to expand its freelance database of role-playing actors.You will be required to undertake an immersive role, leading our clients through a thrilling near-future world.Please note: You must be based in LondonThe ideal candidates should have the following skills and experience:Promenade/ or immersive theatre experience.Corporate hospitality/ host work experience.Excellent improvisation skills.Actor/ stage management experience.Strict punctuality and time management skills.Practical:Be registered as self-employed.Carry PLI and/or a valid equity membershipDBS Ideal, but not essential.Must have a smartphone.Be comfortable with technology.We have two types of games available to clients: In-person and virtual.— Virtual games: lasts 60 min average, with 20 min prep time before and after. Your pay ranges from £25-£35 depending on participant numbers. The most participants you are expected to run a game for is 15. Zoom based.— In-person games: lasts 2 hours on average, With 30 min prep time before and after. You are expected to reset and prep the kit before and after each game. Pay ranges from £45 - £100, pr game, depending on participant numbers. The most participants you are expected to run a game for is 35. Our in-person games are designed to fit within a portable case, and you must be able to transport this case to the client, and back to its next location. Games mostly take place in London, however on occasion games might take place elsewhere in the UK/ EU. Occasional duties might include short-term storage of games kit and additional transportation of kit to non-games locations.PAY: All of our game-masters work on a freelance basis and games are available to choose on a flexible basis. You are paid on a case-by-case basis. From £25 - £100 per game.
