We’re excited to begin casting for our 4th Full Motion Video (Videogame) with a role (Sasha) that can be filmed remotely and is open to applicants of any gender, race or nationality, worldwide. Sasha will also be the face of our announcement trailer!D’Avekki Studios is an established developer of critically acclaimed Full Motion Video (FMV) games and we’ve built a reputation for delivering fun, playable movie-like stories with high production values including titles such as “Dark Nights with Poe and Munro”, “The Shapeshifting Detective” and the Guinness World Record-breaking “The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker”.FILMING & AUDITIONSFilming will be completed remotely. The tone and style of the videos should look like a smartphone video call from Sasha, so for auditions please provide self tapes as direct to camera performances captured on a smartphone if possible. Filming backgrounds should be neutral but can take place in any location. SELECTIONIf you are selected for the role we will schedule a single day for up to 8 hours although it is expected to take 2 hours or less. Takes and performance will be discussed live with the director via video, audio or text chat. However it is also possible to film the content remotely at your own pace. If you are not selected for the role we will notify you - sorry but we’re unable to offer critique or personal feedback to applicants.PAYMENTPayment is £200 for up to one 8 hour day (or delivery of all the videos at your own pace.)Actors will be required to provide their own costume, make-up, location and recordings for the fee provided. Release forms will be required if actors are not the location owner and the location is recognisable.
