We are currently recruiting for the position of General Technician Shipwide for Disney Cruise Line.Responsibilities:Daily use of wireless microphones, including frequency tuning, power management and signal path. Live audio mixing with digital audio consoles. Equipment set-ups and handling heavy equipment & road cases. Lighting console operation for intelligent and conventional fixtures. Maintenance of Entertainment technical systems, including lighting and audio, video and projection systems. Open venues, install, set-up, operate and strike assigned ship wide and events and activities. Responsible for operational and maintenance duties as scheduled; Duties include setting up/striking activities, operating audio, lighting, A/V, and other equipment.Basic QualificationsMinimum three years of experience in a relevant Entertainment-based environment.Knowledge of computer systems or computerized control systems.Knowledge of the following equipment specs:GrandMA and Hog lighting consolesYamaha Digital Audio consoles (M7CL and QL series)AMX control systemsQSC – Amplification, Loudspeakers, and Digital Signal ProcessingFire One pyro firing systemWide range of intelligent lighting fixturesPTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) remote cameras
