The Music Department is situated in a state-of the art Performing Arts Building which includes a recital hall, a recording studio, three specialist music classrooms and numerous practice rooms alongside equally well-resourced Drama facilities.  Music is a popular choice at both GCSE and A Level and there are many extra-curricular opportunities on offer.The successful applicants will be expected to teach across the full ability range, from beginners to significantly more advanced students.  For the Teacher of Piano role, experience and understanding of a wide variety of musical styles including classical, folk, music theatre, gospel, jazz and pop would be an advantage.
