Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduce all editorial video shoots both commercial and editorial from ideation to final delivery across all platforms with a focus on social media.Working alongside the Creative Producer, the Video Producer to produce all editorial and commercial video from ideation to final deliveryDevelop and manage video shoot budgetsAdvising on shoot feasibility and suitability for GLAMOUR UKLeading shoot production and liaising with all stakeholdersLiaise and book crew for all video shoots including commissioning talentBrief crew for all shootsCasting models and talentAttending shoots - on the ground production experience essentialUpdate editorial shoot costings regularly working alongside Managing EditorProcessing, tracking and allocating all shoot invoices and contractsConduct project clean ups at the end of any editorial shoot projectsManaging post production process alongside Creative ProducerEnsuring content is always on brand, understanding GLAMOUR UK brand guidelinesOccasional support on cross title commercial campaignsContinuous research into new talentEssential Skills & RequirementsA passion for moving image, millennial subjects and social mediaExperience delivering content across all platforms particularly YouTube, Instagram and TiktokKnowledge of the production and post production process including best practise ways of workingEnd to end shoot production with a good understanding of technical requirements specifically lighting and cameraBudget management and ability to work to small budgetsCasting models and talent with a focus on influencersOrganising overseas shoots including permits and travelProduction contacts- agencies, video crew, models, talent etcProfessional communication at all timesExperience working directly with clients and agencies is usefulAbility to work within a team and communicate professionally and effectivelyWilling to work on projects or take on responsibilities that sometimes fall outside of key responsibilitiesExperience working with high profile talent and influencers is useful but not essentialPrevious experience working on a luxury fashion/beauty brand is preferable but not essential
