    Reporting to the Producer, the Digital Assistant Producer will provide assistance on the editorial and digital production of VT content for the Premier League and their International Broadcasters Worldwide .Key AccountabilitiesSelf-editing on Premier Pro as well working with avid editor and to supervise post-production as necessary.Producing features for the digital & creative department of PLP - creating engaging content for digital consumption from match highlights, news clips, archive stories and emotive features, in multiple aspect ratios 16:9, 1x1 and 9x16To plan, research and edit content, including graphics designs and ideas.Working with the Producer to identify key stories, fun elements, social-driven content that people will share across digital platforms.To set up and direct single camera shoots and conduct interviews with studio on-screen talent, players and matchday contributors as necessary.To film mobile phone content on key match days, delivering to tight deadlinesResponsible for shoot risk assessments as appropriateUnderstand compliance guidelines for live matchday, clubs, broadcasters, as appropriateRequired Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience as an assistant producer or similarProven experience of self-editing on Premier Pro, understanding digital workflows, and social media engagementExperience in supervising edits for highlights, news VT’s, archive stories and high-quality feature-based contentSound experience of self-shooting on a mobile phone & delivering contentExperience creating video specifically for social media platformsExperience in writing digital ideas and creative briefs, including key script lines for emotive and stylized featuresExcellent knowledge of the Premier League football – current and historicalExperience in self-shooting and directing single camera shootGood knowledge of Premiere Pro and After EffectsExperience creating video specifically for social media platformsAbility to plan, but also work under pressure, and within tight deadlines.Editing with an avid editor and producing high quality and engaging featuresGood communication skills (both written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to balance their own workload while also offering support/guidance to other team members.Experience in self-shooting and shooting on digital formatsProven experience of self-editing on Premier Pro and understanding digital workflowsExperience in supervising edits for highlights, news clips deliveries, archive stories and feature-based contentDemonstrates good editorial judgementShows initiative and able to prioritize and manage workload without close supervision.Excellent team player and team ethosPositive, professional, and keen approach to work – to be vital to a successful digital team and their outputHighly adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the momentWorking ConditionsThis is a fixed-term role until 27th May 2022.The role will be based at Stockley Business Park, in UxbridgeWorking hours are on average 40 hours per week (Including regular weekend working and unsocial hours)Regular weekend and evening working required
