We are looking for a female actor (40s) with dark hair to play the role of a confident team lead in an office environment.The video is designed to promote a leadership training video and help inspire people to reach out and work their way towards being a more empathetic team leader. Our actor is a representation of the type of leader who many aspire to be: confident, calm, empathetic, charismatic, hard-working.For some scenes, the actor will be interacting with 1-2 the people, playing the roles of employees under her leadership.No sound will be recorded, but we may provide a script to help the scene feel more natural when interacting with other actors
