We are looking for one male actor for our three person pantomime. The actor will be playing a variety of different characters. As this is a musical production we would be interested in seeing actors who have good singing voices. Ideally we are looking for someone whose main base is in North London or with easy access to Willesden Green, as that is where the cast of three (including a driver) will meet up in the mornings. There will usually be two hour-long shows in a day and occasionally a three show day. The actors will be expected to share the get-in and get-out duties for our small set up. It is important that applicants have a DBS certificate or are willing to undergo a DBS check. We would also ask that auditionees are double jabbed as schools and care homes demand this of any visitors .Please could you tell us where you are based when applying? We have put 'All Counties' above but our tour will be going to Surrey, Kent, Berkshire, Middlesex, Sussex, Hampshire and Greater London. Because of the Covid situation we are aware that any of our venues could cancel and actors only get paid for days on which they actually perform. Auditions will be on Zoom as soon as possible. If actors are not free for an audition, we may consider a self-tape .In the 'salary' section we have added up the payment for the four rehearsals plus the shows which are in our diary currently, so this is the minimum wage each actor would receive. At this stage we expect to book more shows in. Rehearsals are paid at £75 per day. A one-show day is £75. A two-show day is £85 and a three-show day is £95.
