    Overall Purpose of Role:The Digital Media & Marketing Supervisor, reporting to the Digital Media & Marketing ManagerUK/EMEA will have responsibility for the definition and implementation of media and marketingstrategies in the UK whilst providing strategic support for EMEA when required.The Digital Media & Marketing Supervisor will work across Disney Live Action, Animation, Pixar and Search Light supporting Theatrical, HE and DTC Day and Date campaigns.The overriding objective of this role is to co-ordinate the development of digital media campaigns (both Brand and Performance led for Studio and DPA for DTC) working closely with the incumbent media agency and its wider group of agencies when relevant, whilst supporting in-house activation where required.The Digital Supervisor will identify opportunities to build and leverage forward-facing relationships with media partners that will allow Disney to harness the use of greater insights and data share.Driving more efficient and effective digital media and marketing strategies is a core objective of the role.Areas of Responsibility:To work with the digital marketing team and media & insights team to deliver Digital Marketing strategies for all Studio, HE & DPA titles.Manage day-to-day digital media campaign activations and assist the Digital Media & Marketing Manager in the gradual evolution towards sales conversion rather than pure awareness building/traffic driving, in order to deliver clear financial ROI.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined and agreed KPIs.Focus on informing forward campaign planning and sharing insight with the wider UK marketing function.Work closely with UK Marketing Brand, Partnerships and Trade Marketing teams to ensure digital and trade strategy and activations are fully aligned to one another and also to overarching business needs.Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points using multiple analytics tools and data sources.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Support the creation and management of social and digital media assets for use on all campaigns and Studios’ organic social calendars supporting the Social Content & Strategy Manager and assist in further coordination across the TWDC social teams and accounts.Take an active role in developing and driving paid strategies across the breadth of social channels, with a focus on the design, implementation, and reporting within budget and in a timely manner.Assist in reporting, tracking, and measuring all activity in line with performance-based KPIs and benchmarks, whilst proactively managing ongoing ‘test and learn’ programmes.Build unified lifecycle strategies and guidelines for both Theatrical and Home Entertainment campaigns Assisting UK/EMEA Digital Marketing leads with Digital budget allocations and agency selection/briefings.Follow trends and social media advancements and share relevant examples with wider Studio teams and EMEA markets.Experience and Professional Qualifications Required:Success in a consumer-facing Media/Marketing role within a professional organisation i.e. major media agency, publisher, or in-house3+ years’ experience working in Digital Media & MarketingExtensive knowledge of digital media, products and the entertainment industry (Film/Studios PR/Marketing planning an advantage)Proven knowledge and experience in activation and reporting across paid/biddable channels and management platforms, including:Programmatic/PerformanceAd serving toolsWebsite analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Webtrends)Social MediaSEMPPCStrong numerical analysis and interpretation skills with attention to detail and ability to analyse large sets of complex dataOutstanding time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks under pressure to meet deadlinesCompetencies Required:Delivers Creativity and InnovationBuilds Relationships / Team PlayerStrives for self-improvementCommunicates EffectivelyDrives ResultsExhibits Professional ExcellenceDemonstrates flexibility in response to changesEnthusiasm and passion for movies and the overarching Disney brand
