    THE ROLE:Embedded within the Brand and Content team, reporting into the Editorial Director, the Digital Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all projects in the digital stream, focused on meeting the creative and business objectives in a timely manner, within deadlines and according to budget. This person should be able to implement processes and systems that support and enhance a creative environment encouraging efficient and the highest quality output at all times.RESPONSIBILITIESManage Digital Stream workload and priorities.Work closely with Product Managers to ensure tech expectations are met and managed.Lead project management of business-wide projects briefed into the digital work stream, including providing support on briefs that fit in this stream.Ensure that briefs for this stream are realistic and achievable from design through to build.Realign the current briefing system in collaboration with the Project Manager – Creative.Act as key point of contact internally and externally for multi-platform projects from brief to implementation and completion.Monitor progress of all projects within owned workstream.Work with Chief Sub Editor, Project Manager – Creative and Head of Digital Design (as well as any relevant stakeholders) to review workflow processes and ensure team is able to work creatively as well as efficiently.Manage a broad selection of projects, including Email, CMS implementation, CRM Campaign (incl. Sale), iOS and Android App, Raey, Engagement and other tech team projects as required.Ensure briefs are set, objectives are clarified, timelines and all work meets objectives and adheres to the house style.Lead project meetings/review points and maintain status updates to all stakeholders.Support the department with resource/team planning, as required.Keep up to date on latest Project Management and Agile Methodologies to ensure ways of working are aligned between teams.Effectively run and maintain the project management tool for the department (Jira).Challenge current process, adapt and improve it as needed according to business needs.Question project value and ensure that work briefed into the team is considered, grounded in fact and relevant to MATCHESFASHION business objectives.Supporting key Brand and Content departments (Special Projects, Creative Stream) with project knowledge and bridging the relationship between them and tech where appropriate.RequirementsTrack record of delivering targets.Knowledge and experience of project management tools and methodologies.Keen interest in digital content across all digital touchpoints.An eye for detail and for the MATCHESFASHION aesthetic.Strong critical thinker.
