    We are now looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to join our exciting Advertising & Marketing Department here. They will liaise closely with internal stakeholders, our media and social media agency to build out the plans and will be responsible for the management of social media Tier 3 campaigns and content.Please note: your contractual job title will be “Officer” in line with our internal role structuresWhat you'll doResponsible for Lidl GB’s Tier 3 social media campaignsResponsible for Lidl GB’s monthly social media BAU content plans, including keeping them up to date, detailing amends and distributing to key internal stakeholders and our agenciesDeliver professional and engaging social media content in conjunction with our in-house Digital Animation Artworker and our social media agency to drive interactions, positive share of voice and leverage consumer engagement opportunities onlineWork with Media agency and wider media team to define, review and approve monthly media plans for social media channelsSupport and implement Lidl GB’s social media community strategy, working closely with our agency and internal stakeholders to ensure our community management is brand safeManage Lidl GB’s influencer and advocacy outreach programmes working closely with our social media agency to executeProvide ongoing social media moderation alongside Comms team, escalating and resolving issues where necessaryAssist in managing budgets and assisting the Senior Social Media Consultant and Digital and Social Media Manager with invoicing processesProvide continuous social media reporting and provide suitable rational where necessary to internal and external stakeholdersWhat you'll needProven experience working within social media marketing is essential, retail background is desirableComfortable collaborating within cross-functional environments to deliver campaigns and projectsAble to demonstrate successfully delivering effective Social Media activity that has driven business resultsExperience working within or managing media/creative agencies.Confident analysing campaign and social listening data, identifying insight and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.Strong and confident communicator – both written and verbalFully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelPositive can-do attitude with the willingness to learnGerman language skills beneficial, but not essential
