With a focus on Genuine Gemstone Jewellery, we also offer amazing craft, tools, and inspiration to millions of homes in the UK. ResponsibilitiesAs a Producer, your contribution to the team will be...Creating and choosing items to be sold for a five-hour showWorking with our Merchandise team to create schedules for the showWorking closely with your Director and Presenter to create fun, innovative and exciting shows that will deliver engaging presentations Preparing with your team before you go live to ensure everyone knows the content and plan. To make sure all assets are ready to accompany sales presentations.Heading the gallery for the live showSkills we are looking forthe ability and desire to hit sales targetsbe a logical/strategic thinkerexcellent communication skillsa positive, confident and determined approachcoachable mentality ambitious and motivated the capability to flourish in a competitive environmenta good level of numeracyQuick thinker under pressureA sales background is proffered but full training will be given. Working hoursThe shift is 9 hours with a 1-hour lunch break. The shift could be either two time slots, from 6am to 3pm or 9am to 6pm. We work on an eight-in-fourteen-day shift pattern inclusive of some weekends
